NRL: Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo spoke to the media following their Round 22 victory over the Canberra Raiders.
Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo believes his star centre Stephen Crichton should be named Dally M Captain of the Year after his brilliance inspired his side toCrichton was in everything and scored the opening try of the match before completing a double early in the second half when he chipped and chased in a superb individual effort to get his team in front.
“I thought he led outstanding today. Just his leadership. Talking to the guys before warm-up about what type of day it was going to be – talking about keeping them on track. Playing at Belmore for just the second time this season, Ciraldo said the home crowd proved the difference in a close encounter at their spiritual home.“It was an awesome day for our club and for our team,” Ciraldo said.
