Former Kaizer Chiefs star Kambamba Musasa says his former club should consider signing Congolese striker Fiston Mayele.
‘He can give Kaizer Chiefs 20 goals’ Musasa urge Amakhosi to sign R14 million DRC starThe 30-year-old top striker is currently playing for Egyptian side Pyramids where he scored 16 goals. It is believed that Amakhosi were after the striker last year but the club hesitated citing finances. With his former coach, Mayele scored a total of 31 goals under Nabi and might be tempered to work with his ex-coach. Pyramids are set to be looking at around R14 million to release their prized striker.
“It will be an upgrade for him to move from Pyramids considering the size of the two clubs. I played for Chiefs so I understand what it means to play for a club like that. I’m not surprised the Kaizer Chiefs coach wants him because Mayele is a good striker who scored a lot of goals for him in Tanzania,” added the ex-Khosi star.“Kayele can give Chiefs 20 goals next season with good players around him because he is a number nine,” he said.
It has been confirmed that a member of France’s U18 squad has gone missing after swimming in the Cape Town sea.
