It has been nearly a year since The Gilded Age last aired, and HBO has finally announced the return date for the historical drama's fourth season.
The series, created by Julian Fellowes, concluded its third season with a dramatic cliffhanger: George Russell survived a shooting, made a spectacular entrance at the Newport Ball, and then shocked everyone by announcing he would not work on his marriage to Bertha, opting instead to leave town.
