Up to R1-billion worth of tenders are under scrutiny at the Gauteng Department of Health.
The Hawks raided Thembisa Hospital towards the end of last year, looking into hundreds of companies and individuals suspected of manipulating tenders, inflating prices and paying kickbacks.
