Police say bullets hit the headlight, hood and windshield of the vehicle.
According to Haverford Township Police Deputy Chief Joseph Hagan, the suspect fired 13 gunshots into a white SUV that was occupied by a woman in her 40s and her 10-year-old nephew."I heard what sounded like gunfire to me," recalled Neal Serrano from Southwest Philadelphia. "When I came outside I saw the yellow tape, they had the street blocked off."
"It is a miracle that no one was seriously injured over stupidity, someone firing 13 rounds at a vehicle -- we could easily be investigating a homicide here," Hagan told Action News.
