According to IndyStar, the city of Westfield is investigating the Harry Potter-themed school which also serves as an Airbnb. Though the focus of the investigation is unclear, there is no evidence of zoning approval for the school in city records. It's also unclear if the Spellcaster’s Academy has approval from Warner Bros., which owns the rights to Harry Potter. IndyStar reached out to both Warner Bros. and J.K. Rowling for comment.
