California cops made a miraculous caught-on-camera save, catching a toddler and a dog who were desperately thrown off the balcony of an apartment building “engulfed” in flames, heart-wrenching video showed.
Dispatchers received a frantic call around 3:15 p.m. Saturday as an apartment building was ablaze in Milpitas — and quickly spreading — leaving panicked tenants trapped on a second-story patio,A harrowing video captured Milpitas police officers rescuing a toddler and a dog who were desperately thrown out of a window during a massive apartment fire.Two officers arrived in “less than two minutes” to the scene only to discover the building had become “completely engulfed” in flames.
