A stabbing was reported the morning of Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, on the 1800 block of North Street in Harrisburg. A Protection From Abuse order did not stop a Harrisburg man from showing up at his ex-girlfriend’s home andA video recording captured by a camera attached to the woman’s home showed a shoving match, after which police say 40-year-old Wilmer Vazquez-Algarin drew a serrated steak knife and thrust it downward onto another man wearing a red shirt the morning of Sept. 21.
