The man solicited sex from whom he thought was a teenage girl in 2023, but it was actually another man trying to catch sexual predators.
Many details of the online messages sent by John Tasevoli, according to police, were not included in this story because of their explicit sexual nature.
On April 21, 2023, John R. Tasevoli, 44, started communicating with a 14-year-old girl named Kelly. However, “the girl” was actually Justin Perry, also known asTasevoli initiated the online conversations with “Kelly,” whose age was listed as 19, the affidavit said. The next day, Perry told Tasevoli Kelly was only 14 years old, but the messages Tasevoli sent continued becoming increasingly sexual, according to the affidavit.
Conversations between Tasevoli and Perry slowed down for a few months, but started again on Aug. 6, 2023, the affidavit said. When Tasevoli sent a picture of his genitals, Perry pretended that Kelly liked the picture, to which Tasevoli said, “better cause I’m putting in maybe all three holes,” according to the affidavit.
