Hadley Duvall, a 22-year-old girl who was raped and impregnated by her stepfather 10 years ago, spoke in support of Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris during a stop in Harrisburg on Wednesday as part of the campaign's reproductive freedom bus tour. She was joined by Rep. Mary Isaacson, D-Philadelphia; Sandra Thompson of the Black Women for Harris; Rep. Bridget Kosierowski, D-Lackawanna County; Rep. Patty Kim, D-Dauphin County; and Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey.
