Vice President Harris tells NPR the Biden administration plans to bolster agents at the southern U.S. border when pandemic restrictions end — but said it's up to Congress to put in place broader reforms to deal with the issue.

In 2022, she invested significant time meeting with advocates and state legislators from around the country to talk about the Supreme Court's decision to overturn.
