The Cypress Mill Place Southbound Bridge will receive repair improvementsThe bridge over Flood Control District Ditch K145-00-00 in Cy-Fair will still be open for use during repairs, which are expected to be complete by mid-May, according to a press release from Harris County Precinct 3.The project is a part of three bridge improvement packages that address 47 bridges in Cy-Fair, Spring, Humble and Crosby. The projects, totaling $1 million worth of improvements, were chosen by Pct.
“Proactively scheduled maintenance projects like this help reduce long-term costs that may accrue from neglecting infrastructure, as well as maintain safety standards for critical structures such as bridges,” the press release states. “Commissioner Tom Ramsey and his team proudly continue their commitment to maintaining Precinct 3’s 6,750 lane miles of roadway for you and your loved ones.”
