He posted a $10,000 bond and was released over the weekend.According to his arrest warrant, Villalon dated the victim for 10 months, and the couple broke things off in Oct. 2024. After the breakup, prosecutors allege that Villalon threatened to “make work hard for her” by spreading “nasty rumors” about her, because he worked security at her place of employment. Despite telling him not to contact her, the victim said that Villalon continued to pursue her, repeatedly contacting her on multiple platforms, showing up uninvited to her home, and leaving items at her apartment door.In one particular situation, Villalon allegedly tracker her vehicle to a Webster bar and showed up while the victim was on a date with another man—who was an officer with Seabrook Police Department—in an attempt to convince her to get back together with him. Days later, on April 27, court documents say Villalon came to her apartment while she walked her dog, threatening to “shoot” the Seabrook officer and start an “agency war” between the Harris County Pct. 8 Constable’s Office and the Seabrook PD. Law enforcement officials reviewed surveillance footage from the incident at the apartment complex, observing Villalon reportedly threatening to “put a bullet in ’s head and his wife’s head,” believing him to be married to a different woman.On the same night that the threat was made, the victim says Villalon left and later returned to her apartment. This time, he allegedly told her he has fired his near the Seabrook PD office, showing her a “small shiny cylinder object” that she believed was a shell casing.
