An apparent murder-suicide involving a couple is under investigation, according to authorities.
Harris County authorities are currently on the scene following an apparent murder-suicide on Sunday. Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said the incident took place at a home on the 24100 block of Eagle Sage Lane. FOX 26 Houston is now on the FOX LOCAL app available through Apple TV, Amazon FireTV, Roku, Google Android TV, and Vizio!Authorities said deputies responded to a possible disturbance. When they entered the home, they found an adult male and female dead in the rear bedroom.
Officials said earlier in the day, around 4 p.m., deputies responded to a first disturbance, called in by an adult daughter who lives with the parents. Deputies checked around the property, tried calling back the caller, and didn't get a response at the door. Officials said the daughter was not at the location when they arrived, and the deputies later left. The deputies then returned around 6:30 p.m. after the daughter called in for a second disturbance and heard a gunshot.
