Two men wanted for capital murder were arrested halfway around the world in Vietnam.
District Attorney's Office said Polie Phan and Jaidan Vu Nguyen were caught by Vietnamese authorities and turned over to U.S. officials. They're wanted in the deaths of James Martin, III, and Dana Ryssdal.
Martin was found dead inside his car while Ryssdal was found dead inside Martin's house off T.C. Jester.Kathy Vu
