HappyValley fans 'work out' Ryan twist for final episode of hit BBC One drama
Happy Valley viewers think they have figured out a huge Ryan Cawood twist for the final episode of the hit BBC One police drama.
During the latest instalment, Tommy Lee Royce, played by James Norton, went into hiding after his explosive and energetic escape during his court hearing last week. However, in a twist viewers and the police sergeant didn't see coming, Tommy, who is planning to escape to Spain with Ryan, used his gaming console to communicate with his son.
Viewers now think and hope that Ryan is actually setting his dad up by talking to him over the gaming console and will feed it back to his grandmother.Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Ryan is setting his dad up, isn’t he? Trying to get info, trying to save the day #HappyValley."
