BUTTERWORTH, June 10 — The Road to Gold committee will meet next week to discuss and review the needs of the country’s athletes to ensure Malaysia’s chances of winning its first-ever gold medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games remain bright, Youth and Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh said.
“The RTG committee will meet next week to review each request of the athletes selected for the RTG programme. It is aimed at promoting a sporting culture among the people, specifically in People’s Housing Programme communities and Public Housing Projects , she added.
