A 17-year-old boy with handcuffs and a nylon chord wrapped around his neck was found dead in a grassy lot in Barangay Telepatio, San Ildefonso, Bulacan last Friday, May 26. ManilaBulletin
Based on the initial investigation conducted by the San Ildefonso police, the victim was strangled to death.The minor was wearing a T-shirt and black short pants when his body was discovered.
According to the police, the victim's father positively identified him after the discovery of his body.The incident is still under investigation.
