According to the criminal complaint, Callegari accuses Dubose of "causing serious physical pain." But Dearman points out in the video Callegari is walking around after the incident, and Dearman says Callegari doesn't appear to be in pain. "That's speculative, every one of us have a different pain tolerance," said Mobile Police Chief Paul Prine.
