Ahead of one final push for promotion, the winger admits they have had to do things the hard way this season
Lewis Smith admits Hamilton have made it tough for themselves in the play-offs so far, but insists he won't be caring if they have to grind it out again when they face Inverness in this week's final.
Winger Smith knows it has been far from plain sailing in the play-off so far, with Accies having to come from behind in both legs of their semi-final with Alloa, which they edged 5-4 on aggregate at the weekend against 10 men. "We showed we had another gear and we could see the game out. That's what it is all about at this stage of the season, grinding games out. A few boys were a bit annoyed at our performance on Saturday and that is fair enough because we weren't at our best. But it is just about getting results and it will be the same against Inverness.
