The 20-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year contract today

Hamilton Accies have announced defender Fergus Owens has signed a new two-year deal at New Douglas Park.

Since his return to South Lanarkshire in January, the East Kilbride native has gone on to make 11 appearances for Accies and helped them secure their place in the Championship play-offs, which will kick-off next week against Alloa Athletic.
