They were snapped with their arms around each other, holding hands, and were also caught kissing at one point in the evening.wore a cropped gray T-shirt and jeans with a studded belt, black leather jacket, and mini Saint Laurent bag, and Jogia wore paint-splattered jeans, white boots, and a long leather coat.
But here's a little plot twist: This isn't the first time the two have been seen together, either. According to, Halsey and Avan Jogia were spotted together in Barcelona in June and have been seen out and about in Los Angeles together.
