WATSONTOWN – The half-sister of a Northumberland County toddler who died from abuse has been accused of endangering the welfare of her 6-month-old daughter.Her half-sister Arabella Parker, 3, died from abuse injuries in 2019.were found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder, respectively. Both are serving state prison terms.
The infant, identified as Parker’s daughter, was flown to Geisinger Medical Center near Danville in critical condition with head injuries. An update on her condition was not available Thursday. But Parker in a text message to Norman stated she had fallen off a bed three days earlier, they said. Parker brought her daughter to her house about 1:30 p.m. and requested she take her to the hospital to avoid her getting in trouble.
Norman’s version was contracted by statements Parker made to Dr. Paul Bellino, a pediatrician at Geisinger, police said.
