Treulich was driving her 2010 Ford Flex northbound at 50 to 60 mph when she entered the opposing lane and crashed head-on into a 2016 Peterbilt truck, the CHP said.
The crash left Treulich and her 17-year-old passenger with major injuries. They were taken to Stanford Health Care, where Treulich died Tuesday, the CHP said. An update on the passenger’s condition was not immediately available Wednesday. The driver of the cement truck was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with minor injuries, the CHP said.Anyone who witnessed the crash can contact the CHP Redwood City area office at 650-779-2700.
