Haiti is coming back to life after violent gangs took over most of the capital and the prime minister became stranded abroad. Some are even laughing it off.

This month, violent gangs took over most of Haiti's capital, the prime minister became stranded abroad and the country came to a standstill. Henry not only faced an uprising from armed gangs, which fought their way to control about 80% of the capital, Port-au-Prince. He also was berated by politicians and various segments of civil society.
