November 25, 2021 Attorney Berto Dorcé — who was once arrested for drug trafficking in 1997, according to a Haiti law enforcement source — is sworn in as Henry's nominee for Justice Minister. Dorcé had previously called the charges false. Prior to his appointment, Dorcé had argued on Henry's behalf that he should not face questioning in the assassination case.
