Cleveland.com/ The Plain Dealer reached out to the office of Clark County Prosecutor Daniel Driscoll. Trump also has promised to deport migrants if he’s elected, starting with Haitians in Springfield. Those migrants are in the U.S. legally under temporary protected status, a designation that allows them to work in the U.S. for a defined period of time. The U.S. recently extended that period by 18 months.
