Si King has been seen for the first time since Dave Myers’ death Si King wore a brave smile as he was seen publicly for the first time since the death of his friend and Hairy Bikers co-star Dave Myers. Fans have been in mourning since TV star Myers sadly died on February 28, aged 66. Myers slipped away peacefully with his wife Liliana Orzac, 57, and his long-time pal Si, also 57, by his side, two years after being diagnosed with cancer.
‘It’s really strange for us all not to have Dave around but for now, we will keep posting on the Hairy Bikers socials to keep in touch with all those people who have been so kind over many years and particularly in recent weeks.’ Si promised that the team would be staying in touch with fans about various ‘projects which will live on’ after Myers’ death. He also assured them that he will be attending events over the summer, where he’ll meet their supporters in person.
