Hailey Bieber may be the poster child for Pilates, but it seems the model, entrepaneur, and mother has gone in on a new form of fitness this summer: The weighted vest.
In a snap shared with her 58 million Instagram followers , Bieber poses wearing a weighted vest and individual glute bands around each thigh. Likely part of her strength training routine, weighted vests like Bieber’s are a brilliant upgrade to help build muscle, improve bone density, increase calorie burn, and boost cardiovascular capabilities.
