Bieber's nails are shaped into a classic oval with an equally classic long length and shellacked with the ebony color, further accented by her delicate hand and finger tattoos.
In the photos, Bieber poses in a bright coral dress with a deep V-neck, her hair slicked back in a sleek middle-parted bun. Bieber's skin is glowing and glazed, per usual, and accented with bold, brushed-up brows, flushed peach cheeks, and a shimmering bronze shadow across her lids. The makeup feels more summery than spooky, but Bieber grounds the glow with a deep burgundy lip and anchors it with the black manicure.
