Sunday is cooler with humidity lowering

The cold front we’ve been talking about all week will finally arrive Saturday, and it will definitely make its presence felt.

The morning will start warm and muggy, and as the day goes on rain chances increase. If you have outdoor activities you need to do, we recommend getting them done before 2:00 p.m.main line of strong thunderstorms arrives around 10:00 p.m. Flooding is possible, with 1″ to 4″ of rain falling in a short amount of time. We also have aHeavy rain, strong winds and hail possible as the front moves throughPossible rain amounts in SE Texas. Almost all of this falls Saturday night.Higher threat north of Houston, but all of us have a threat for flooding Saturday night.

Sunday’s front lowers morning temperatures to the 50s early next week. We’ll also get a nice humidity drop, which will make it feel crisp in the morning Monday and Tuesday.
