THE Kuala Terengganu High Court today upheld PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang’s victory for the Marang parliamentary seat in the general election . Judge Hassan Abdul Ghani dismissed Barisan Nasional /Umno’s election petition challenging the validity of Hadi’s position as lawmaker for the constituency.
