Citing data and analysis, the Pagasa forecaster said they have not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area entering or forming within the Philippine Area of Responsibility in the coming days.In its 5 a.m. advisory, the state weather bureau said isolated downpours or thunderstorms will be experienced over Bicol Region, the rest of Calabarzon and Visayas due to the southwest monsoon.
