Haas set to ramp up upgrade programme for VF-23 after ‘massive rework’ from 2022Haas technical director Simone Resta has said the VF-23 is a “massive rework” from its predecessor, and upgrades will be a bigger area of focus for the team this year.
The team have been undergoing a period of expansion of late, having opened an office in Maranello for Resta and his technical department to operate from after a host of arrivals from power unit partners Ferrari. With those factors put together, the team confirmed they will be able to compete more robustly as the season progresses this time around, with more firepower behind them.
