Erling Haaland has suggested that defenders might be scared of him! 😲 Thoughts, please? Read more here:
The Norwegian has settled into the Premier League with complete ease. He is currently the league's top-scorer with seven more goals than second-placed Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur, while he has already registered a trio of hat-tricks against Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace, and most notably arch-rivals Manchester United.
His blistering start to the campaign could also see him break the Premier League record for the most goals scored in a 38-game season, which is currently held by Liverpool talisman Mohamed Salah with 32 goals in 2017/18. Having scored against 10 different opponents in English topflight, Haaland was asked whether he believes that defenders are scared of facing him.
"You never know how it might have been if my father had played longer in England, maybe I would be English! But I'm Norwegian, and I'm proud of it."
