A man has been charged with the murder and attempted murder of two women following a three-hour siege in Adelaide’s north-east.
reports of gun shots and two women seen collapsedSouth Australia Police on Sunday confirmed a woman was found dead at the scene and another woman, 22, had suffered serious injuries.
“The injured woman was safely extracted and rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital where she remains in a stable condition,” police said in a statement.The alleged gunman had barricaded himself in the home, which was surrounded by more than 30 officers and armoured police vehicles. Nearby streets were also blocked off.Police have revealed charges have now been laid against the alleged shooter.
