Police say three men posing as deliverymen entered a woman's Lower Moreland home and pointed a gun at her head. They then ransacked her home for several minutes before fleeing in a white van.
Lower Moreland police search for four suspects they say posed as Amazon delivery people who ransacked a home after pointing a gun at a 77-year-old woman inside the residence.Authorities in Montgomery County say they are investigating an armed home invasion in which a 77-year-old female victim says one of the suspects held a gun to her head.
The female victim informed officers that she was in the home alone when she got a knock at her door. Police say she looked out of her window and observed a white van parked across the street and three males on her doorstep with boxes that said "Amazon" on them. Detective Holly Halota, with Lower Moreland Police, described the scene, "She thought one of them had an Amazon emblem on the right-hand side. But, she really wasn’t sure. I mean, she was really focused on the gun. The sad part is that she said all she could think about, ‘Am I going to die today?’"
