'Real Housewives of Miami' star Guerdy Abraira shared an update on her breast cancer journey at the 2024 Bravo Fan Fest after opening up about her health to PEOPLE last month.

Abraira said that after having a hysterectomy, she feels like she's "a different person but it's empowering me to sit in my truth. I feel beautiful because of it.""I pinch myself every day because it's still here, and our love is just exploring such new depths, you know, and it tested us too," she says. After six surgeries, she shares that they're "trying to work on the romance, getting our groove back.
