Guadalupe County SWAT officers shot and killed a man after he refused to comply during a traffic stop and then pulled a gun on them early Thursday morning, the Seguin Police Department said.
The shooting happened around 1:45 a.m. near North State Highway 123 Bypass and Mockingbird Lane in Seguin.
Two of the passengers from inside the vehicle followed the officers’ commands, but Saucedo refused to comply, police said. “I heard him over the bullhorn, asking him, you know, to put his hands on the steering wheel. And it doesn’t have to in this way,” neighbor Matt Davis said.
