CINCINNATI - Guacamole and salsa products that were sold in Ohio and Indiana were recalled over the risk of a potentially fatal illness., guacamole and salsa products sold at Kroger stores in five states were recalled due to a potential listeria contamination. The United States Food and Drug Administration announced the recall Friday.
The agency said that Supreme Service Solutions was assisting in the recall of products distributed by Weirs Farm Inc.
The outlet reported that the affect products were packaged in clear-plastic grab-n-go containers.
