Kota Kinabalu: The GRS-PH Plus State Government does not play the finger-pointing game when it comes to issues pertaining to the State’s poor basic facilities.
However, it will return the favour to Sabah’s opposition leaders such as Umno Putatan Division Chief Jeffrey Nor Mohammed.Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah Information Chief Datuk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan said the finger- pointing attitude practised by the opposition mirrors insincerity in developing the State.
“Calling the government of today a failure is saying that the government is idle. But, in reality, various steps have been taken. Some have even been felt, while others are following up to be completed,” he said in a statement. Nizam does not deny that some of today’s government leaders are from the previous government which was a dominant pillar party from the peninsula.
“We need stable politics for the Government to focus on implementing the State’s development agenda in accordance with the direction of Sabah Maju Jaya,” he stressed.
