Northern Police District director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr. graced the “Withdrawal of Support and Oath of Allegiance to the Government” of the Kalinga ng Kababaihan Caloocan Chapter held at Barangay 185 Covered Court on Malaria Road in Caloocan City. The NPD director told the members to encourage other supporters of the left-leaning organization to bring back their allegiance to the government.
“Kapag may kapayapaan, may kaayusan, may negosyo, may trabaho, makakapag-aral, may pagkain, maayos ang buhay, ‘yan po ang objective ng ating gobyerno in ensuring public safety and maintaining peace and order. Penones said that they also partnered with some non-government agencies to help the participants undergo training in soap-making for their livelihood.
