Six people planned to steal several vehicles from an Alabama car lot and take the vehicles back to Texas, according to authorities. The suspects are being held without bond in the St. Clair County Jail.
Six people are behind bars after authorities say they traveled from Texas to Alabama to steal vehicles.
Police confronted the group, which tried to flee. Moody police, the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office, Leeds police and Alabama Department of Corrections tracking dogs were able to take all six into custody.
