Greenspoint Mall, a Houston northside staple since 1976, is closing its doors. While the mall will be missed, exciting developments are on the horizon.

Greenspoint Mall is officially closed, but a handful of shops are still operating until the doors are locked July 31, 2024. In the meantime, modern retailers are moving in just across the street, to an open-air style shopping area called CityNorth.Private security could be seen patrolling CityNorth, which is trying to provide a welcoming atmosphere to shoppers and diners.
