The 25th annual Greater Cleveland Sports Awards will be held Thursday at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, honoring Cleveland Cavaliers Chairman Dan Gilbert with the Lifetime Achievement Award. The event will also feature a reunion commemorating the 30th anniversary of the 1995 American League Championship Cleveland Indians and a special tribute to Cleveland broadcaster Jim Donovan.
CLEVELAND, Ohio - The 25th annual Greater Cleveland Sports Awards are happening Thursday at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.The pre-show coverage kicks off at 7 p.m. with the main awards ceremony beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Before the ceremony, Mark Schwab, Shannon Smith and Leah Doherty will host a 30-minute red carpet special. In this year’s event, Cleveland Cavaliers Chairman Dan Gilbert will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
