This year’s GBBO winner has been revealed following a tense finale where Abdul, Sandros and Syabira battled it out to be crowned winner by Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith
Syabira has been crowned as this year’s The Great British Bake Off winner, beating fellow finalists Sandros and Abdul to win the title.
Abdul went on to win the task, despite Paul Hollywood – who’s recently thought to have got engaged – saying his dessert was only half set. "Well done #Syabira, well deserved #GBBO," said one viewer, as someone else said: "Yaaayyyyyyyyyyyy. Loved Syabira since day 1! #GBBO".
