CLEVELAND, Ohio - A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury has indicted an 18-year-old Cleveland boy in connection with a Euclid police chase which ended in the death of an innocent bystander.Griffin was indicted on the charges of murder, aggravated vehicular homicide, felonious assault, failure to comply with the order/signal of a police officer, vehicular assault, receiving stolen property and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
An officer responded to the area around 3 p.m. and attempted a traffic stop, but the driver refused to stop and fled, said Captain Houser.
