Prosecutors claim in a court motion that Christian Lane, 24, and Sarah Perkins, 23, should be recharged following their arrests on Aggravated Child Abuse
DOTHAN, Ala. - Allegations that a Dothan couple abused their child and their neglect nearly killed that baby are on their way back to a grand jury.A Houston County grand jury found them negligent in leaving their infant unsupervised in the bathtub for several minutes. Investigators said the child suffered brain damage and lost eyesight.
Indictments also allege Lane and Perkins deprived the child of needed medical checkups and didn’t treat a persistent diaper rash.
