“There’s a lot of people and living out this way -- there’s not too many restaurants to support. So it’s always good to see some rotations with the food trucks and delicious food,” said Russell Adams, Citizens For a Better Grand Bay. “I just love meeting people and having them taste all the delicious food! Philly steak and fries. I just love feeding people and making them happy... My ministry is my food,” said Lillie McCoy, Soul Heaven Cafe & Catering.“I started off with a hot dog cart with a big red umbrella downtown during COVID and it just took off. So every weekend that I would work -- I earned the money to earn the next phase of a food truck. So here we are,” said Wendy Clanton, Lil Red’s Cart.
