The duo wrote that the Grammys “will carry a renewed sense of purpose” while working “in close coordination with local authorities to ensure public safety and responsible use of area resources.” As for the Scientific and Technical Awards on Feb. 18, that event has been postponed to an undetermined later date. A decision on the SAG Awards, scheduled for Feb. 23, has yet to be announced.The devastation is ongoing as the area’s infamous Santa Ana winds picked up again on Monday and are expected through Wednesday.
